The purpose of the Thunder Softball League (TSL) is to promote good character, develop young girls softball skills in a positive manner and prepare for high school softball and beyond. The TBL will be family and community oriented with a spiritual and moral base.

 

• Fostering growth and opportunities as people first and players second

• Community driven

• Offering opportunities to participate in the League no matter what their financial or social circumstances

• Teaching players how to learn and advance independently in addition to providing instruction to improve their softball skills

• Focusing on a player’s social and emotional development in addition to developing softball skills

• Promoting the League’s philosophy that winning is secondary to development of the individual and the team which will in turn lead to success

• Achieving these goals will be a collective effort on the part of the players, coaches, and parents.
